- The Offices are open from 08.30 a.m. until 06.00 p.m. on working days.
- Client's desk of the Consular Departmente is open from 09.30 a.m. until 12.00 a.m. on working days, and on Tuesday from 03.30 p.m. until 04.30 p.m.
- After the office hours, in case of emergency, call 098 41 76 60 until 09.00 p.m., and on Saturday and Sunday from 09.00 a.m. until 09.00 p.m. After 09.00 p.m. you are invited to leave a vocal message.

- Uredi Veleposlanstva radnim danom rade od 08,30 do 18,00 sati
- Šalter Konzularne službe otvoren je za stranke radnim danom od 09,30 do 12.30 sati; utorkom i poslijepodne od 15,30 do 16,30 sati
- Nakon zatvaranja ureda, u hitnim slučajevima, nazvati 098 41 76 60 do 21,00 sati, subotom i nedjeljom od 09,00 do 21.00 sati. Nakon 21,00 sati zamoljeni ste ostaviti govornu poruku na telefonskoj sekretarici.
